2.45pm - Daruma dera in Suzuka. Kitagawa sensei took us to this temple which is dedicated to the daruma doll. You sit in lotus position and think your wish to the doll and when it comes true you fill in the blank eye. In this picture you can see that most of the dolls have two eyes, this means that their owners wish came true and so they have been returned to the temple to await ceremonial burning.
